1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 45phginto ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 45phginto website located at https://45phginto.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 45phginto platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 45phginto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

45phginto reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 45phginto platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 45phginto account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

45phginto implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID card).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 45phginto account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested.
• 45phginto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

45phginto does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 45phginto accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 45phginto promotions include:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available to players upon request.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, 45phginto reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 45phginto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

45phginto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 45phginto account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

45phginto does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

11. Termination & Suspension

45phginto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 45phginto account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 45phginto platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 45phginto through our customer support channels. 45phginto will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

13. Amendments
